Pirates Of Telluride

Buccaneers summer ball recap

The GoHawkeye pirate party held at the Telluride Distilling Co. tasting room on June 12 to benefit adaptive athlete Paul Shaver was a huge success. The event raised over $13,000 enabling Paul to purchase the handcycle of his dreams which will empower him to get out on the trails. Nice job to all who made this event possible and those that were kind enough to donate.

Steven Abbott Smith, 37, opened Telluride Distilling Co. in 2015

In memory of …

Steven “Abbott” Smith

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, please make donations to the GoHawkeye Foundation.

Abbott was a phenomenal friend, and even more, a devoted husband to Joanna and an extraordinary father to Raegan. He was a caring son and brother, and will be missed immensely by all those that knew and loved him through the years.
